Please BRING followings for the final presentation:
- Printed version of your FINAL panel(s)
- Panel and Physical model from 1st round (optional)
- If you like to present your project using PDF, PPT, updated BIMx model or movies. Please upload your files to the same upload links before 22nd June, 18h00.
You will be presenting above materials and BIMx model on iPad. This will be prepared by the Organiser.
Order of presentations: Defined above
All members of teams MUST BE PRESENT AT CONFERENCE ROOM AT 8:00 AM for instructions.
* The official language of the final presentation is English. Any note or text must be written in English.
About the final presentation:
You have 10 mins for your presentation. If you intend to give your presentation in Vietnamese, an interpreter will assist you. But in this case, you will only be able to speak less(interpreter will take up your talk time)
You will hear a buzz at the 9th min. At this point, I suggest you to conclude the presentation and finish on time. We will stop your talk at 10th min.
After your talk, it’s a question time for juries, in most of the case they will ask you questions in English or Vietnamese. The question time is 10 minutes.
